No sales tax on rentals!
A&H Rents does not charge sales tax on rentals. When we purchase rental equipment, we pay the sales tax so that you don't have to. Ask your current rental company if they are charging you tax. This saves you money, it's like getting a discount on your rentals when you rent from A&H!

  CLEANING

Party Equipment - Please return all equipment clean, dry and repackaged in containers as received. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee up to 100% of the rental rate. 

Table linens - need not be washed.  Return dry, free of refuse !! No need to refold or return on hangers.

No staples or tacks are to be used in our tables !! Repair service charge is $1.00 PER HOLE!

DELIVERY & PICK UP

We offer our customers delivery and pick-up service. Rates are based on the DELIVERY AREA or the distance traveled.  There is a $50.00 ORDER MINIMUM FOR DELIVERY!  PLUS DELIVERY SERVICE CHARGE.  Please call for a quote.

Our normal DELIVERY fees are based on curbside service.

Set up is available with advance notice for an additional fee .. call for rate. 

Delivery times are AM or PM if a customer requires a specific time frame or exact time an additional fee is charged please call our office for a quote.

After hours delivery and pick-up is available, call for quote.

Telephone number and CROSS STREET FOR DELIVERY ADDRESS is required.

Most orders require a signature on delivery to verify items delivered - IF NO ONE is to be there - arrangements must be made in advance.

If equipment is accessible - no one needs to be at location for pick up - as long as equipment is secured and there are no ANIMALS in area. This is especially true of residence deliveries and pick-ups.

Items need to be ready for pick-up in the same location as delivered and folded, bagged, stacked, etc. as they were delivered, or an additional handling fee will be charged.

Party Rentals TIME FRAME

Party Items - Most rental rates cover a 24 to 72-hour period for your convenience. Charges are for time out, whether the equipment is used or not. Late returns will result in additional charges of the rental rate per additional day. Return date is always on contract.

Weekly and monthly rates are available - please call for quote.

RESERVATIONS

Reserve early for your event. Full payment of the RENTAL FEE is required to confirm your items and date.

Full payment is due prior to delivery or customer pick up of equipment.

The following Fee's apply to cancellations:  Day of Delivery or Office Pick up  50% - 10 days or less before PU/DEL 50% - 11 days or more  25%.  NO REFUNDS - STORE CREDIT ONLY.  NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES ON TABLE LINEN ONCE ORDER IS CONFIRMED WITH PAYMENT. Reservations can be made in our office - or by telephone as long as a Fax is available for confirmation and credit card payment, or customer may mail check - But reservation is not confirmed until full payment is received.

If the order is placed in advance - customers may place a reservation with a 50% of rental paid.  Balance is due 30 days prior to Deliver or Office Pick up date.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

A Security Deposit is required on Rentals. It can be paid by Cash, MasterCard, Visa or Check.

It can be paid at time of reservation or in our office on equipment pick up. 

Deliveries must be paid prior to delivery.

Office pick up/returns - Deposit is refunded at time of equipment return depending on condition of returned equipment.  Deposit is held if there are missing or damaged items - or will be applied to the balance due. 

DELIVERY DEPOSITS are held at our office for customer pickup.

Security Deposits are due on all orders.

CANCELLATIONS AND  ORDER CHANGES

Once an order is placed and confirmed with full payment - the items are held for customer.

There are no refunds or changes on Table linen, Aisle runners or special order items - once order is confirmed.

QUALITY OF EQUIPMENT

All of our equipment is of the highest quality and well maintained. All items are thoroughly checked, serviced and cleaned after each use.  Customers are welcome to inspect our equipment at any time

FORMS OF PAYMENT
