He is a Management Consultant, specializing in Increased Profitability with Greater Customer Satisfaction and Executive Team Building. He is past Managing Director of Consultant’s Link, the source of tomorrow’s solutions for growing businesses.  Past President of the Association of Professional Consultants, and a member of the Forum for Corporate Directors, as well as being on the Advisory Board of several companies, and select non-profits. He will share information that will help us to be more successful than we already are.

Abstract:
It is clear there is NO “one size fits all” means of making anyone into a “leader”!  So Mr. Aiken will not tell you “do this and you will be a leader.”  Instead he will guide discussion on how you can use your own talents, personality, skills and passions to be the leader you want to be!  You can command you own LeaderSHIP! This seminar style review refers to historical figures to draw examples of leadership qualities and traits.  Audience participation assures addressing current issues while comparing and contrasting leadership styles and actions.  Tips on how to develop yourself, your leadership style and methods to enhance your effectiveness.
